The bells are ringing for Summer Weddings and its been a blast getting all my engaged couples ready for their first public display of coordinated Right and Left feet mastery, known as the Wedding First Dance. great tips here for those of you contemplating going the extra mile to learn some fun dance choreography. I love being a part of the process of helping duets enhance their communication by way of partner dancing. This week the best of the Seattle will be on display, and as an open invitation to all my B A L O R I C O dance supporters, visit La Cocina, a fresh Latino/a/x Art Exhibit presented by La Sala ....from Performance art, new generation grafitti/visual art, herbal healing workshops rooted in ancient Incan and Mayan practices, igniting poetry, theatrical readings by next generation Latino actors and my favorite a dance theatre homage to the mother of AfroPeruvian culture-Victoria Santa Cruz.
