Mondays, I'm excited to return to my dance roots of Modern Dance and will be sharing a beginner Modern Dance class for Latin Dancers. This class will expand your movement vocabulary and help you work within the various fun rhythms of Son, Mambo, Cha Cha cha, AfroPeruvian and instrumentals. How it applies to partner dancing? The various connection to the floor and levels of weighted-ness with, over, across and into the floor matter in how your movement will look and feel.
