Start dancing Monday January 13th & Wednesday January 8th at Viva Arts for our New Year dance series. Secure your spot today  registering here . New dancers can join our 7pm Beginner Salsa & Bachata class that includes a dance social opportunity called a PRACTICA . No partner is needed and to build community we do change partners in class, and also practice changing dance roles to find the best fit for your acquired dance skills. Join us! Advanced Beginners through Intermediate levels, those with experience, train twice per week to build agility, efficiency and be able to pick up the details of this dance sport much quicker. The repetition, as with any sport, supports retention and begins to train the quick-twitch muscles to fire correctly. Dancers that "follow" are encouraged to wear dance shoes.
