Most recently, Balorico collaborated with Ese Teatro in providing dancers for their Son De Los Diablos festivities for Seattle Center' Next 50 celebrations, as well as supporting artist Luis Sandoval at Seattle Theater Group's first Taste of the Season community gathering. This is sure to be an annual event, the paramount transformed to a huge open space by gutting out all of its seating. (A great dance floor-reminded me of Birdland in NY for a minute.) Coming up in June will be the 1st Seattle SALSA Showcase, organized by popular DJ Cesar Yambu, and will feature guest artist Franklin Diaz from NY who is known for his earthy and artistic dramatic interpretations of mambo roots. I'll be performing an AfroLatin number highlighting my favorite AFroPeruvian rhythms JUNE 29-30. ...see you on the dance floor!

  Get into DANCE mode and join our SALSA & BACHATA dance series at Viva Arts dance studio. Mondays is for Beginners and Level II dancers. The new dance series begins Monday  November 4th , 7pm for beginners and each class is progressive. Beginners signup here .  Wednesday nights are for experienced dancers focused on improving turn patterns, musicality for dancers transferring from on1 dancing to on2 timing. With time, dancers understand the secret ingredient to feel-good dances…body movement and partner connection.   Dance Training is in full swing with West Seattle's hotspot for Salsa on2 & Bachata dance training. Check out the July schedule. New classes begin Monday July 5th with Beginner Salsa on2,  Wednesday July 7th with Advanced Beginner Salsa and  Monday July 12th we start a new Bachata Sensual series focus (B.Y.O.P.). Save the date Saturday July 24th for a fun, family friendly Open House on the Viva Arts ’ neighborhood block.
